TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Please read these T&Cs carefully before booking with us. If you are making a booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information is passed onto all people attending.

 

HOW TO CONTACT US:

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU:

Your booking will be made once payment has been taken in full and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided.

You will get a booking reference for your booking, included in your confirmation email. Please have this booking reference number to hand whenever you contact us about your booking. 

AXE THROWING:

No alcohol can be consumed before or during your axe throwing session. Staff are instructed to breathalyse anyone they believe to be under the influence of alcohol before their session starts, only a 0.0 result is acceptable as okay to participate.

Before taking part in the Axe Throwing activity, all players must first fill out and agree to the terms of the Axe Throwing Waiver found on our website (Terms and Conditions | No Name Bar & Games (nonamebargames.com)) 

Any participant who does not complete and sign the liability waiver will not be permitted to participate in the axe throwing.

If you have any concerns for your health or suitability, it is your responsibility to seek professional medical advice prior to booking.

No-one under the age of fourteen (14) can participate in the Axe Throwing and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult, minimum of one adult per 4 x 14-17 year olds.

ALL PLAY PASS:

"All Play Pass" includes one session of Axe Throwing (1 practice round and then 6 rounds per player, 3 throws per round) PLUS unlimited games of Pool, Table Tennis, Shuffleboard and Beer Pong (drinks not included) for up to 2 hours (of arrival).

 

Does NOT include Karaoke or Golf Simulator.

 

You may be limited to 20 mins per game and asked to move onto something else after this time to allow other players to have a go. You may return to games after you have played something else.

Groups of less than 4 may be paired with other small groups to play some games. Over 14's only for Axe Throwing (under 18's must be accompanied by at least one paying adult). Under 14's must be accompanied by at least one adult on the premises at all times.

IN VENUE CONDUCT:

No Name Bar & Games is a venue which promotes Positive Social Interaction and RESPONSIBLE Drinking.

 

In line with Licensing Objectives and our own in-house policies, we will not serve alcohol to anyone who we believe to have had too much to drink, or anyone we believe to look under 25 and not able to provide relevant photo ID. We will also not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour to staff or other guests. No Name Bar & Games have all our guests safety as priority, please talk to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

It is also your own responsibility to limit your own alcohol consumption during your visit and assess your own suitability to play the games safely. 

The venue is supervised by staff and covered by CCTV, please listen to all instructions and advice from staff as we all have your safety in mind.

By booking and/or participating in the games, you are accepting a responsibility to play all games sensibly, safely and in accordance with all instructions, in the way of signage or verbal instructions from staff. 

No under 18's after 7pm.

Under 14's must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

 

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING:

You will not be due any refund should you cancel your booking. As we are selling you a leisure activity, this means there is no statutory cooling off period as there usually is when you buy a service on-line.

Re-scheduling your booking may be possible, but only at the discretion of the General Manager. In all circumstances, your request to re-schedule a booking must be made more than 24 hours prior to the time of the original booking, and any re-scheduled booking must be within 30 days’ of your original booking. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to accommodate your booking on an alternative date, or if you give us less than 24 hours’ notice of your request to reschedule a booking, you will not be due a refund.

 

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR BOOKING:

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. If we do so we will do our very best to contact you as soon as possible, using the contact details you have provided.

We may make changes to the booking such that it differs from that as advertised at the time of booking. If the changes we make are significant, we will do our very best to contact you as soon as possible, using the contact details you have provided. In such circumstances, should you not wish to proceed with your booking, you can reschedule within 30 days of the original booking date. In the case of significant changes, you may be offered a refund at the discretion of the General Manager.

We may cancel your booking, without refund, if you break any of the Terms & Conditions, set out here or in the Axe Throwing Waiver, or by signage in the venue or on the website. For example, if you or any participants do not complete and sign the Axe Throwing Waiver if participating in Axe Throwing, you or other guests are under the influence of alcohol before axe throwing. In these cases those affected will not be able to participate in the axe throwing, but should not affect the ability to take part in other activities, if, in the opinion of any of staff, you or any participants are behaving in an aggressive, abusive or threatening way towards either staff or any other customers; or, you or any participants do not participate in accordance with the safety rules and advice provided to you by members of our staff prior to, or during, your game or session.

No alcohol can be consumed before participating in Axe Throwing – this will result in not being permitted access to the game and no refund being issued.

 

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND GDPR:

We will store your data in accordance with any relevant statutory, local or central government regulations, including those imposed on a temporary basis from time to time.

CCTV, PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDING:

The Venue is covered by CCTV, for our and your safety and security.

From time to time, we will take photographs and video recordings to be used for promotional activity, including, but not limited to: social media posts, stories and "live" events, digital adverts and printed media advertising. By entering the venue, you are giving permission for any such content featuring your image to be used accordingly.
